See the full FAQ- What lead times should we plan for?
- Standard sizes typically ship within 6–8 weeks of order confirmation. Custom geometries and oversized spans should be planned 10–14 weeks ahead.
- Do you provide technical drawings and specification files?
- Yes. Every product has downloadable spec sheets, and our team will supply Revit families or DWG details on request for a documented project.
- Can I request a physical sample?
- We send frame and finish samples to architects and specifiers reviewing a live project. Include the project name in your enquiry.
- Do you install, or ship product only?
- We supply globally and coordinate closely with your builder. In Victoria, we can nominate approved installers and attend commissioning.
